Mads Borre

Mads is the sole Director of Commercial Partitions & Carpentry (CPC), established in 2020 to deliver high-quality construction outcomes across South Australia.


With experience in the construction industry both overseas and in Adelaide, Mads brings a practical, hands-on approach to project delivery, influenced by European construction standards and Danish carpentry expertise, where precision and craftsmanship are central.


Together with the CPC leadership team, Mads has successfully delivered commercial and residential projects in a professional manner, ensuring quality, budgets, and timelines are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. CPC is underpinned by a strong, skilled team delivering consistent results and setting a benchmark for workmanship and professionalism across South Australia.

Andrew Calderbank

Andrew is a General Manager with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, bringing extensive technical knowledge and strong leadership to CPC. He is highly skilled and recognised for his ability to manage complex challenges across a wide range of projects.


Andrew’s in-depth understanding of building principles enables effective collaboration during the design and construct phases, ensuring projects are well considered, efficiently delivered, and aligned with client expectations. His hands-on leadership style supports clear decision-making and consistently strong outcomes for clients and stakeholders.


With a strong focus on team leadership and project performance, Andrew is committed to delivering successful project outcomes. His attention to detail and depth of industry experience play a key role in the continued growth and success of CPC.

Scott Gemmell

Scott is an Estimator with over 40 years of experience in the building and construction industry, bringing extensive practical knowledge and industry insight to CPC. His experience spans a wide range of projects across both metropolitan and regional areas throughout Australia.


Scott’s strong attention to detail and comprehensive product knowledge enable him to prepare accurate, well-considered estimates and support the delivery of high-quality project outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Carolyn Paterson

 Carolyn oversees the administrative operations of the business, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office. She brings over 40 years of experience across the accounting and building industries, providing strong operational and financial support to the company.


Her depth of experience and attention to detail make her an integral part of CPC’s leadership team, contributing to the effective and efficient operation of the business. 

Jane Nicholls

Jane is an Acoustic Design & Project Manager specialising in the design and delivery of bespoke acoustic linings for commercial interiors. Operating at the intersection of design and performance, Jane works closely with project teams to develop acoustic solutions that are technically sound, compliant with relevant standards, and seamlessly integrated into the overall interior design intent.
